I had a conversation with a friend of mine the other day about wellness and how it provides clarity. I am not a health freak nor am I a gym freak lol but there are certain aspects of my life that I like to keep consistent.

I have always had an athletic figure. My dad put me in sports at the age of 11 and since then I was able to maintain my sportsy figure. Blessed much cause Lord knows I love to eat. But I go through these waves of inconsistent to consistent work outs. My body bounces back quickly, but I lose it just as fast.

Ive learned what works best for me is to maintain a 3 day a week work out routine and that’s all I really need. Everyone’s body is different. Do what works best for you and make strides to see the goals you want to see. Energy is transferable. Your body reacts to how you treat it.
